The worst apartment in Dallas areaStolen my house2 week after Stolen my carPlease don't come to this apartment

I Have lived here since November 2024 I was shown how to get to my apartment in October 2024. When they showed me how to get over here, there was two cars parked directly in front of my apartment those same two cars have not been moved or dealt with to this day. It is now March 2025 last night. I came home at four in the morning and I had to park down the street around the corner and I should not have to do that. It’s to the point where I don’t even want to leave the apartment because I know I will not get a spot anywhere near if any close to my unit The other thing I’m upset about is I put in countless work orders for them to come spray my apartment for pest control since they want to charge us a fee for it. They always say it’s completed but nobody ever shows up. I have a some roaches but I managed to keep them in one area on my own no help from them. I wonder if I should start naming them and welcome them to the family? You can’t tell me that someone came to my apartment because I work from home. I never leave the House so today I got fed up and went into the office and the nice lady had the nerve to tell me I have to write an email and do all this extra footwork, which is ridiculous because I pay good money to stay here. I am a single female and I should not have to be afraid to walk from one end of the apartments around the corner just to get to my apartment. I should never have to walk that far but they make sure they tell you well you can pay for your parking spot. What’s the point of doing that when I know if I go to break on my lunch and come back, someone will be in my spot and I won’t have time to call a tow truck which tow trucks are nonexistent here as well. I have not seen one tow truck since living here! The two good things that I do have to say is the staff is very nice and professional and if it is a maintenance problem, they do come fix it right away. I’ve never ever had a problem with that part of it. I am so upset about the parking situation I’m actually thinking about not resigning a lease when my lease is up! With that being said, this is why the Google review Is being posted because again I do not get paid to complain to some other department About my concerns I do not work here it’s they jobs not mine! I paid good money to stay here, and I expect things to get taken care of not have to do all the footwork!
